A 3,400 sqm perforated aluminium rainscreen tuned to cut west-facing solar gain without closing the view.

The brief asked for a single gesture across eleven storeys: one perforation pattern, gradient-mapped so the envelope reads solid at the parapet and porous at the podium.
We prototyped four open-area ratios at full panel size before the pattern was frozen, then fabricated 812 cassettes to a 1.5 mm joint tolerance and installed floor-by-floor on a live commercial address.
